Things to be Noted :

* Kalsarpa Pooja is related to Rahu & Ketu

* There are mainly 12 types of Kalsarpa dosha & many anshik one but the Pooja is same for all types of dosha

* Pooja is of one day which takes about 3 hour’s time.

 
* You have to come one day before or early in the morning till 6 AM on the date Muhurta.

* Devotee should take a dip or  wash there hands & legs at Holy Kushawart Kund ( Godavari Kund ) before Pooja.

* You have to bring only fresh( New ) clothes for the pooja .The clothes requires like Kudata & paijama or Dhoti ,Gamacha for male and Sari or Punjabi Dress of any color except black, green & plane white for the Female. By wearing those clothes you will perform the Pooja after the pooja you have to give up those clothes here.

* You have to come one day before or early in the morning till 6 am on the date Muhurta .The Pooja will start near about 7.30 am in finishes till 10.30 am you can leave Trimbak by 12 noon.

* You will eat without Onion, Garlic food on pooja day. Next day onward you can have.

* You will not have Non-veg &; Alcohol for next 41 days including Pooja day.

* The Daxina will be Rs.2100/- + ( Rs .100/- To Keep In Front Of Pooja & Rs.50/- on Bali Pra-daan ). The Daxina includes all the Pooja Samugri . Daxina you have to give after Pooja . You can use any Card for that

* Reservation for this ritual must be made minimum 1 day in advance by informing us. Your name and telephone number is to be registered before coming for the pooja. F-352 Purohit Sangh Brahmins are Local, Born & bought up at Trimbak and performs Pooja since so many generations. Because their said credential Supreme Court has accepted their representative as a one of trustee of Trimbakeshwar Temple trust. (Now Purohit Sangh chairman is one of the trustees)

You can recognize local Brahmin by Purohit Sangh logo on their web site, visiting card or name plate on their house.
Those Brahmins residence is inside main town in crowdy place near Kushawart kund or Trimbakeshwar temple not in Ashram away from Temple. Also they will never hide their surname like other many unauthorized Brahmin writes only single (first ) name along with Shastri or Pandit or Guruji.

Local Brahmin never calls you & do wrong Pooja marketing telling you how they and their Pooja is different than others (All Pooja procedure is same in Trimbak) & confuses you about the Pooja & procedure. Your confusion is there victory.

They will never ask you to meet /pick you on/from the railway station, bus stand, inside any hotel or road corner since they have their own place where they can discuss about the Pooja & procedure. By their name & address you can easily reach to their place.

Beware of fake Pandits or Shastris claims himself as a experts And guarantees you 100% results of Pooja on there websites, facebook/twitter page or adv. Sites etc.

Last but important never give or send Daxina to any Brahmin in advance (By hand or online). Before Pooja first confirm whether he is authorized , have a word with him face to face (You will never understood him on phone ) and then perform the Pooja & once Pooja completes give him Daxina.
